Easterling Warriors are amongst the followers of the Dark Lord, Sauron. They are the best equipped warriors at his command and are well-trained and disciplined.  As children they were schooled in the art of war and women would fight alongside them as equals. Also referred to as Swarthy Men, they reside in the uncharted lands of Rhûn and are enemies of the Free People.
