Important Information About Backorders

As an official Games Workshop stockist we are able to offer our customers the full catalogue of amazing Warhammer products and accessories, all with our fantastic discount prices.

As a small business we are not always able to hold stock for every item in the Games Workshop range. We offer our customers the option to specially order items that are not currently in stock through our backorder system.

Items that are not currently in stock and available on backorder are clearly listed on our website as ‘Available on Backorder’. Items that are in stock and ready to be shipped immediately are listed as ‘In Stock’.

When you place an order on backorder, we will keep your order on hold until the backordered items are restocked. The stock will be reserved for your order and we will dispatch it for you as soon as it arrives with us.

Orders with Some Backordered & Some In-stock items

If your order contains items that are in stock as well as one or more items that are on backorder, we will reserve all of the available items for you.

Please note that your complete order will only be dispatched when all of the backordered items are restocked.

Estimated Dispatch for Backorders

We receive restocks from Games Workshop every week and we make every effort to keep waiting times for backorders as short as possible.

Most backorder items are restocked within 2 weeks however on some occasions it can take longer for certain items to become available again.

Avoiding Disappointment

We cannot guarantee that a backordered item will come back into stock or be delivered for a specific date.

If you are buying a gift for a special occasion or require the item within a specific time frame, it is not recommended to order on backorder unless you are happy to wait for it to be despatched.

Christmas Backorders

Like most businesses, Christmas is the busiest time of the year for Rogue Games and for our suppliers. Due to the fact that we cannot guarantee a delivery date for any backorder, we would not recommend ordering items on backorder in December for Christmas gifts to avoid disappointment if the items do not arrive in time.

We endeavour to respond to all queries within 2 working days.

Please note that if your order has been restocked and made ready for dispatch or has already left our warehouse it may not be possible to cancel your order.
