We aim to offer the best prices on all the latest and greatest tabletop games and accessories. We also have fantastic deals on free delivery, and we offer a wide range of shipping options to suit your needs.

 

Q. Are your products genuine?

A. Yes! We are a registered supplier of licensed Games Workshop products and you can see our official listing here: Games-Workshop.com

Our other Board Games and tabletop accessories are all genuine products sourced from official UK based distributors including Asmodee, Wizards of the Coast and Ravensburger.

Orders and Delivery

Q. When will my order be dispatched?

A. We dispatch 100% of orders placed before 2pm on the same working day (Monday – Friday).

 

Q. How fast do you deliver?

A. We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries with options to suit your needs. If you need your game in a hurry, just select Royal Mail Tracked 24 at the checkout to receive your order on next day delivery (placed before 2pm).

 

Q. How do I track my delivery?

A. You will receive a tracking code when you place your order with a tracked shipping method. Use this code on Royal Mail’s website to track the progress of your order here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

Please note that 2nd class delivery orders cannot be fully tracked, but you can check when they have been delivered.

 

Payments and Offers

Q. Can I use PayPal to pay for my board games?

A. Yes! Just select PayPal at the checkout as your payment option to login to your PayPal account and checkout with your PayPal balance or PayPal Credit!

 

Q. Is your checkout secure?

A. Yes! Our checkout is fully secured for all card payments through our official partners SagePay with all the latest security.

 

Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. Yes! We accept most common types of credit cards for payment using our secure checkout with SagePay.

 

Returns and Refunds

Q. Can I cancel my order before I receive it?

Q. There is something missing or damaged in my order, can you help?

A. Yes! If any items are missing, please confirm what is missing by checking the listed contents on the box or manual included and send us an email to: support@roguegames.co.uk

If your items are damaged please take pictures of the damage and send them to: support@roguegames.co.uk for us to resolve this for you.

 

Q. I no longer want the items I ordered. Can I return them?

A. We have a hassle-free returns procedure. If you need to return your items for any reason just contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll sort out the rest. Check out our full Terms and Conditions here: https://roguegames.co.uk/terms-conditions

Please note, if some items have been removed from their original packaging or altered, we may not be able to accept a return.

 

Products and Stock

Q. Is everything on your website in stock?

A. Everything that is listed as ‘in stock’ on our website is ready and available in our warehouse to be shipped out to you. You may sometimes see items available to pre-order or back-order. These items are dispatched on their release date or when stock becomes available.

 

Q. What language will my game come in?

A. We only supply English-language games in the UK currently. Any items available to order from us will include full English language instructions.

 

Q. The game I want is out of stock. When will it be available?

A. We can’t guarantee when out of stock products will become available as this depends on the publishers. Keep an eye on our social media channels and sign up for your newsletter to make sure you never miss out when top products come back in stock!

 

Q. Can you order something for me that isn’t listed on your website?

A. Unfortunately we can’t accommodate special orders for items that are not listed on our website. Our range is growing all the time and we aim to offer the best board games available, so if we don’t currently have what you need the chances are we soon will!

Q. Can I play games in store?

Q. Is everything on your website available in store?

A. You can find everything that is in stock on our website available to buy in store.

 

Q. Can I place my order to collect in store?

A. Yes! Just select ‘collection’ at the checkout and you can collect your order when its ready for free.
